We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right thus we will be happy to offer an exchange or a credit note which is to be redeemed within six months.

Items must be exchanged within 7 days in perfect condition.

Items on sale, underwear, teethers, pacifiers, toiletries, swimwear, armbands, and swim floats, will not be exchanged due to hygiene purposes. Any other items can be exchanged once from Żurrieq or Żebbuġ.

We are not responsible for the items sold when tags are removed or when they are worn and washed. Under these circumstances, the items cannot be exchanged.

Any damaged items or discrepancies with orders must be reported via email to orderstinytwinkle@gmail.com on the same day of delivery, thus it is of utmost importance that items are checked upon delivery.
